About Us

Amanda Abate Murphy got her start organizing events more than twenty-five years ago as a function of her primary fundraising job.  As a result, she developed a unique set of skills – designing events to have a professional look and feel that meet budget expectations. 

 

Over the years she has successfully managed everything from the creation and growth of multi-year events with 800+ guests, weddings, luncheons, professional conferences and seminars, to intimate family and home gatherings.  Through it all, Amanda has developed the knowledge and experience to partner with clients to create a vision for an event, brainstorm elements, identify and negotiate with  vendors and pull together a plan to maximize impact and leverage creativity. 

 

From conception to execution, Amanda brings a wide set of organizational tools to assist clients with making their event manageable and reducing overall stress.  One of the most important lessons she has learned over the years is that there are two critical elements of every event – layout of the space and the flow of the evening.  She will lend her expertise to help you create a wonderful evening that will leave a lasting impression on your guests and give them an event to remember for years to come – that is, one to remember for all the good reasons.
